Re: Paint Melbourne Coronavirus (COVID-19) policies

As a business, we are aware that you may have some concerns about the ongoing outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19).
We at Paint Melbourne are committed to providing a safe environment for our Employees, Suppliers and Customers.
We write to let you know how these events may impact your current or upcoming project/s and take the opportunity to reassure you We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all those that we interact with.
To that effect, We are committed to ensuring business continuity to the best of our abilities, in service to you, our customers.

As a company we have decided to put the necessary risk controls in place, to keep supporting our Customers, Employees, Suppliers and the overall Economy. Doing our bit for this Team Australia moment.
We are actively taking steps to minimise any potential interruptions and believe in our ability to keep our services running as usual. We have been strictly following guidelines from the World Health Organisation and Australian Department of Health throughout the organisation.
We have implemented the following as a company:
- A comprehensive 6-page companywide work policy involving employee and supplier engagement and acceptance. The policy handles control measures, diagnosis or exposure, self-isolation, travel and continuation of business procedures.
Directly related to your project/s:
- We have placed additional hand sanitizing stations (and instructions) at our facilities, worksites and inside all vehicles
- Where previously onsite shared toilet or bathroom facilities may have been provided by our client/s or the associated building. All Paint Melbourne worksites will now be equipped with the appropriate portable, isolated and dedicated facilities as supplied by Paint Melbourne at our cost. If the project does not necessitate this, Paint Melbourne employees or suppliers will attend nearby Paint Melbourne facilities or other appropriate facilities as seen fit according to the revised project plan. This policy is designed to minimize any potential risk for our Customers.
